Pricing Inquiries and Event Requests
To request pricing information and/or an event date, you may email us at info@LITMEvents.com or visit our Event Planning section under Packages and complete the form located at the bottom of the page. We strongly suggest you provide at least 45 days notice (180 days for Weddings, Quinces & Sweet 16s) in order to ensure availability and receipt of items needed to prepare for your event. Please note, events are booked on a first come first serve basis and we will not hold dates. Your date will be reserved as soon as we receive your deposit.
A 25% booking fee is required to reserve your date. You have 24 hours after your deposit is received to cancel in order to receive a full refund. Booking fees are non-refundable after this time.
Upon completion of your consultation and signing of the contract, a suggested merchandise payment schedule will be given to you as a guideline. It is solely up to your discretion how you follow it. Please note that these guidelines are set to help ensure we get the best pricing and receive all items in time to design your event. Should you require rush orders due to time constraints, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Final Payments for service are due no later than seven (7) days prior to your event date, unless otherwise noted in the contract details.
Cancellations and Refunds
Preparations begin 24 hours after receipt of your deposit and therefore as previously mentioned, no refunds will be given should you cancel. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather for outdoor events. We will be happy to reschedule based upon availability. However if you cannot find a date that suits your needs, any merchandise purchased with your monies will be returned to you minus the booking fee and any additional fees as reflected in your contract. Note: LEAVE IT 2 ME EVENTS is not responsible for any cancellation fees incurred by third party vendors (i.e. venue, DJ, caterers, florists etc.)
